Elizabeth Norton is an historian and author of “Anne Boleyn: Henry VIII’s Obsession”, “Jane Seymour: Henry VIII’s True Love”, “Anne of Cleves: Henry VIII’s Discarded Bride” and “She-wolves: The Notorious Queens of England”. She is presently writing a book on Catherine Parr which will be published early next year, just before the tour.

The research she has done for her books makes her the perfect speaker for our tour – she’s a bit of an expert on Anne Boleyn and Henry VIII’s other wives. She will be speaking on Anne Boleyn, Mary Boleyn and the relationships in the Boleyn family on the night of the 19th May followed by a Q&A session and book signing.

Elizabeth gained her first degree from the University of Cambridge and then went on to do her Masters degree at the University of Oxford.

Oh, I have died & gone to heaven! I sure hope this is a recurring event. I will be graduating from college (finally) in May of 2011 & this would be the perfect present to myself! Truly amazing experience I am sure. I was last in England in 1994 when I graduated from high school & would love to return, it was the best trip of my life thus far.

    Hi Claire,
Just wanted to say what a beautiful time I had during the Anne Boleyn Experience Tour!
It was beyond my expectations. The castle, food, and best of all the new friends I made were all so wonderful. Hever Castle is sooooooo lovely. The grounds, the little towns, and the people were all so lovely. You and Tim did a remarkable job. I wish we had had more time there! I really didn’t want to leave! I am glad I was a part of the first tour!
    That made it so special!
    Cheers!
